Guys,
Which Tech Dir do I need to talk to about the bottom of a Gas Cat Hull that I'm building. I have some ideas I want to try but I want the hull to still be legal for racing and I can not find what I need in the rule book.

I'm thinking the Hydro director but I'm not sure.
