Hey Randall, well when I get all the 2013 paper work from all
the clubs in the running for the D1 Championship race then I will do the draw.
it will be anouced in the Feb... roosertail also but i will
contact the winning club with the news when all is said and done.

What paper work is needed? Wouldn't it be jumping the gun to send sanction paper work in before your club even knows whether there will be an event?

Hello Craig you can send in your paper work for your Sanctioned races and if you have any cancelations it may be done at any time.
but after you pay IMPBA and then cancel you do not get A refund.
