DESCRIPTION:Entries will open 1/27/2024 at 10 am EST on RCRacingEvents.com. Payment at time of entry required. Enter early! Class Listings and scheduled run days on www.RCRacingEvents.com.  LOCATION HAS CHANGED TO SOWEGA POND! \nRacing Thursday\, Friday & Saturday. Sunday is Weather Make-Up Day/Travel Day. \n6 boats required to make a National class. Each class will run on designated day. Racers are allowed a maximum of three (3) classes per day pending the 250 boat limit. After boat limit is reached\, open spots can be filled and the 3 class limit is waived. \nSite is a tri-oval buoy short course and will run 8-laps. LSG Super Boat Offshore will run a designated 6-lap course. \nShootout Format (National Champion Status – Format 1) 4 rounds of heart racing followed by a final 5th Championship Round. First heat is random\, and subsequent heats are determined by accumulated points running highest to lowest. (For more details refer to IMPBA Rule Book\, Section E-Procedures) \nIf any of the top 6 in class cannot make the Championship Round\, then next contestant in points will move to Championship Round. \nSCHEDULE:\nJune 18 & 19 – Controlled Open Water\nJune 20\, 21 & 22 – RACING Thursday through Saturday\n(NOTE: Classes will be run on specified dates. SUMMARY:2023 Mike Cantavespri Memorial Shootout
DESCRIPTION:“RAMPAGE BABY” \nVoodoo Model Boat Club will be honoring the late club founder\, Mike Cantavespri\, at this IMPBA Sanctioned event. \nPre-registration required by March 31st.  CLICK HERE FOR FLYER  for entry details and class listings. Entries will be taken on  RCRacingEvents.com\, with payments via PayPal. \nLSG27 (any 27cc & under) classes\, and Open (Gas\, Nitro\, FE) for all hull types as well as Classic Thunderboat\, Stock Mono\, Open Offshore\, Crackerbox\, and Twin Gas Rigger. \n3 boats required to make a class. First\, Second\, and Third place awards for classes with 8 or more entries.   A two-minute clock will be used with no half-course milling allowed. Starting lane must be committed at buoy #6 of the 10-buoy course on final mill lap. Shootout format.
